Strategies for Adapting Public Policies in The VUCA Era

Lingkungan VUCA, dengan volatilitas, ketidakpastian, kompleksitas, dan ambiguitas yang melekat, menuntut para pembuat kebijakan untuk mengadopsi strategi yang adaptif, inklusif, dan proaktif dalam menavigasi seluk-beluk pengambilan keputusan dan manajemen risiko dalam kebijakan publik. Perlu bagi para pemimpin dan pembuat kebijakan untuk memiliki kualitas kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan tangguh agar dapat secara efektif mengatasi berbagai tantangan di era VUCA. Para pembuat kebijakan harus kolaboratif dan melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam proses pembuatan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan keahlian dan wawasan kolektif. Inovasi dan adaptasi dalam desain kebijakan menjadi salah satu elemen penting dalam strategi adaptasi kebijakan publik di era VUCA. Dengan pembangunan struktur yang adaptif dan sistem yang tangguh akan membuat kebijakan publik mampu menahan tekanan lanskap global yang berkembang pesat.
